Coaching can be tricky in the sense that you are challenged to think and actually find time to do so for your self as well but the way Ade handled the sessions ensured a smooth session aiming at getting value out each time. “This is the first time I've been through a programme like this and quite simply, I've found the whole process immeasurably constructive and rewarding.
There's a lot that resonated with me over our sessions but on reflection, one phrase stuck out: "no judgement."
