WHAT ARE THEY?

These experiential programmes support individuals in their development outside technical skills. We work across a number of key need states including helping individuals transition and perform in new roles, improve performance in existing roles and advance development of their Emotional Intelligence. All our programmes identify organisational and individual objectives and deliver a stronger individual performance for the people and companies we work with. We bring together a wealth of business knowledge, coaching skill and specialist expertise utilising both our own and leading industry tools and techniques. Included in our tools is a reliable and valid Emotional Intelligence assessment from Multi-Health Systems (EQ-i 2.0). Emotional Intelligence is a vital factor of success for individuals working in people based organisations. EQ-i 2.0 assessment is available as part of all our programmes.

WHO ARE OUR PROGRAMMES FOR?

Our development programmes have been created for roles and areas where we have the most experience and can add significant value to your organisation. Members and partners of our programmes can currently receive support for individuals working in the following areas:

  • Data and analytical talent - Leaders and managers in data and analytics, data scientists, decision scientists, analysts, modellors, mathematicians and statisticians working across risk, marketing and commercial analysis and modelling

  • Leaders and aspiring leaders - From the most senior leaders to those aspiring to lead

  • Finance specialists - For people working in the corporate finance sector or those with finance backgrounds working in people centric businesses

  • Commercial specialists - Sales people, commercial consultants and account directors

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • We identify the number of people you want to develop (each programme lasts approximately ten months)

  • We establish your organisational context and the context for each individuals development, identifying opportunities from key need states we support for enhanced performance

  • We work with individuals on their own objectives for development and support them through delivery of an advanced coaching programme. As part of this programme we can run an optional reliable and valid leading Emotional Intelligence assessment (EQ-i 2.0).

  • We work with the individual to report back to you on their development at the end of their programme and discuss what they will take into their future work
