WHAT ARE THEY?

These experiential programmes support ‘logicians’ in their development outside technical skills. They help people transition and perform in new roles, improve performance in existing roles, and advance development of their Emotional Intelligence and leadership capability. All North Peak programmes identify organisational and individual objectives to deliver a stronger individual performance, both for people and companies. North Peak brings together a wealth of business knowledge, coaching skill and specialist expertise, in the form of founder and fellow logician, Ade Lingard. Ade uses both proprietary and leading industry tools and techniques across all experiential programmes, working with business leaders to get results. Emotional Intelligence is a vital success factor for those working in people-based organisations. Which is why a reliable and valid Emotional Intelligence assessment from Multi-Health Systems (EQ-i 2.0) is included in North Peak’s tools. EQ-i 2.0 assessment is available as part of all progammes.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Identify the number of people you want to develop (each programme lasts approximately ten months)

  • Establish your organisational context and the context for each individual’s development, identifying opportunities from key need states for enhanced performance

  • Work with individuals on their own objectives for development and support them through delivery of an advanced coaching programme. An optional reliable and valid leading Emotional Intelligence assessment (EQ-i 2.0) is available as part of this programme.

  • Work with the individual to report back to you on their development at the end of their programme and discuss what they will take into their future work
