Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a key currency for leaders and those working in people related businesses, with significant research linking high EI and success at work. EI is different to personality in that it can be developed and improved over several months with focus.  In order to improve something we first have to be aware of it. Many business people we work with (especially leaders, data/analytical people and finance people) value logical and statistically valid methodologies and processes. Through use of world leading reliable and valid EI assessment (EQ-i 2.0), we can assess the EI of your people and present the results to them in the EQ-i 2.0 report.  We then use the reports and correlations identified in factors to create a discussion around the assessment and improvements individuals can make for themselves and consequently improve your organisations performance. Linking EI assessment to individual objectives provides a powerful foundation for our development programmes.

EQ-i 2.0 AS PART OF OUR PROGRAMMES

The EQ-i 2.0 workplace assessment produces five composite scores of Emotional Intelligence with fifteen sub-scales in addition to a well-being indicator. A specific leadership assessment can be performed further enhancing the EQ-i 2.0 workplace assessment by assessing characteristics key to leadership potential for both success and derailment. All reports can identify blind spots for an individual in their strengths and development areas.  In addition to development points, discussing strengths helps confidence and resilience and provides building blocks for success.

The reports focus on both individual sub-components and comparisons of key sub-components (showing important score differentials) leading to powerful conversations for development. Delivered as part of our development programmes EQ-i 2.0 delivers a scientifically based assessment providing deep insight across a wide range of EI components and as such is a great rational start to experiential development of EI skills.
