An experienced board executive, business leader and coach, Ade is a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Accredited Coach/Mentor at Practitioner level and holds a Diploma in Transformational Coaching awarded by Catalyst 14. As a member of the EMCC, all development programmes operate under their standards and ethics. Ade is also a certified assessor of Emotional Intelligence using EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, a leading reliable and valid assessment from Multi-Health Systems and an authorised partner and user of Insightful Edge, a leading 360 degree feedback tool.
Complementing this, North Peak has an extensive network of partners including talent in finance, supply chain, legal, employment/HR, coaching, training, data science, creative and digital, company acquisition/disposal and change agents - giving you access to a significant breadth of talent.

5 years’ executive PLC board experience - COO for a £30m t/o marketing agency listed on AIM (Jaywing PLC) with offices across the UK and Sydney Australia (total c. 350 employees). MD Direct reports in Data Science, Creative/Brand, Digital Marketing, HR, IT & Data Security and responsibility for commercial management methods and processes across the whole company.
5 years’ MD experience - MD of Jaywing Consulting, c. £8m t/o Data Science business operating in marketing & credit risk analysis (total c. 60 employees).
5 years’ NED experience - Numerous Non-executive Director and Strategic Advisor positions for a range of businesses.
PRACTISING PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS COACH
European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Accredited Coach/Mentor at Practitioner level and qualified assessor of Emotional Intelligence using
EQ-i 2.0 from Multi-Health Systems (MHS) - Utilises tools and techniques developed specifically to aid businesses and individuals get better results. Operates to best practice coaching methodologies and practises coaching & mentoring under EMCC standards and ethics. Holds a Diploma in Transformational Coaching, qualified in Emotional Intelligence assessent using EQ-i 2.0. Ade continues to develop by working with a leading London coaching training company and a strong network of coaches to develop new techniques and skills.
DATA SCIENCE EXPERT AND PEOPLE LEADER
20 years using data to improve businesses - 10 years running supplier businesses and turning data into powerful information to enable leaders to make better decisions.
10 years as a leader, consultant and director/senior member of Jaywing Consulting running data and analysis led consulting programmes and projects for large blue chip clients including a number of the UK’s biggest banks.
10 years as a senior leader - 10 years running people orientated businesses, operating as a leader, coach and mentor responsible for developing directors, leaders and highly numerate individuals.
WHAT AM I LIKE TO WORK WITH?
My style is straight talking and open, clear and practical, professional but friendly. I have a desire to help motivated people improve their own and their business’ performance with a passion, drive and enthusiasm that I like to think is infectious - people tell me it is. I like to build trust in relationships and bring challenge into conversations.
I have a huge passion for using data. I believe it can be utilised to improve many situations in business and in our personal lives. I also believe that increasing data literacy in businesses will improve performance and that using data incorrectly is worse than not using it at all. This passion for data is evident in all my work.
